September 28th I had the pleasure of presenting to Dr. David Murhammer's students at the September 28th Chemical & Biochemical Engineering Professional Seminar at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. I shared about my intentional career pivots (five so far and counting!), my consulting business and how I balance my personal priorities while growing my consulting practice. The students were curious about my career pivots and how my professional identity has shifted over the 24 years since I graduated from Iowa as a chemical engineer.
